An alumna of the University of Houston, Navarro Junior College and Hardin Simmons University, Schelli Avant holds a Bachelor of Science in human nutrition and foods. She has a plethora of experience in school nutrition and health education and also belongs to CATCH (Coordinated Approach to Child Health), a program that coordinates health initiatives between schools and communities. A regular volunteer at the food bank and the American Heart Association, Schelli has been a great catch for Dairy MAX and our school marketing team.
