Instructions
- Beat the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon in shallow dish.
- Dip bread slices in the egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
- Buttering the pan first, cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
- Place in the oven to keep warm while cooking the remaining slices.
- Top with your preferred ingredients, including powdered sugar, and enjoy.
