- ¾ cup milk
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- ½ cup light sour cream
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Italian herb seasoning, optional

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned. Drain fat if needed. Place meat and cheese in pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and cornstarch. Whisk in sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning until blended. Pour mixture into shell.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
Tips + Tricks:
- If using a frozen pie crust, a deep-dish crust will be needed.
