Cheesesteak
- 4 hoagie rolls, toasted
- 2 ounces vegetable oil
- 2 pounds thin-sliced beef sirloin
- 8 ounces fajita sliced yellow onion
- Southwest seasoning, to taste
Hot White Queso
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 medium jalapenos (remove seeds), diced
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- ¾ cup half-and-half
- Southwest seasoning, to taste

Instructions
For the cheesesteak:
- Add oil to hot frying pan or griddle.
- Once the oil is hot, add onions and allow to cook for approximately 1 minute.
- Add beef sirloin and season with Southwest seasoning.
- Mix onions with sirloin until fully cooked.
- Place cooked meat and onion mixture into a toasted hoagie bun.
- Top each sandwich with 3 ounces of Hot White Queso and enjoy.
For the hot white queso:
- In a medium skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat, add peppers and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add cheese.
- Gradually stir in half-and-half until cheese is smooth and completely melted.
- Add Southwest seasoning to taste and serve on the cheesesteak.
