Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft; remove and set aside. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain excess fat. Stir in onion mixture, tomatoes, beans, chili, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Pour into a 12-cup baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
