  • 2 ¾ cups fresh vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion and spinach leaves), sliced
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 4 pita flatbread rounds
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. Coat vegetables in cooking spray; reserve.
  2. Spread marinara sauce over flatbread rounds.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
