- 1 batch waffle batter, prepared according to package directions (1 average batch makes 5-6, 7-inch waffles)
- 1 cup cooked old-fashioned rolled oats, prepared according to package directions
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Toppings
- 5 medium bananas (*each waffle will have about ½ banana, sliced)
- 2 ¼ cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- Prepare waffle batter according to package directions. Add in 1 cup of cooked old-fashioned rolled oats (cooked according to package directions), along with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir well to mix.
- Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Set aside (keep warm, if possible).
- To top your waffles, lightly dust each waffle with powdered sugar (about ½ teaspoon per waffle). Then drizzle with chocolate syrup (about 2 teaspoons per waffle), and top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
