- 6 ounces low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup onion, diced
- ⅓ cup green pepper, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 cup pasta/tomato sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until well combined.
- Form into loaf shape and place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Melt butter in a small bowl.
- Add cheese and breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Press breadcrumb mixture onto top and sides of loaf to form crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until loaf reaches 165° F.
- Serve with pasta sauce for dipping.
