Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Melt butter and pour into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix together soup, milk, sour cream and 1 cup of cheese. Add in the hash browns and chopped onion. Mix well.
- Spread into pan and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
